Kind of funny how Team Bikeway.com's weekend consisted of Duathlons. We had Erica Ruge and Zuri Wilson out at the National Championships in Oro Valley, AZ. Quick check-ins saw hot temperatures rising up to 90 degrees but some fast racing nonetheless by our women! Erica took 4th in her new age group (40-44) with the winner only 20 seconds ahead in the tough field. Zuri Wilson placed 5th in her age group in her first attempt at the distance. Both athletes earn spots to compete at the ITU Duathlon World Championships this September in Nancy, France! FULL RESULTS

Knowing the women were going to set the tone out in Arizona the men had their work cut out in front of them at the local Springtown Dual Against CF. After a strong showing last year with Featured Athlete Lukas Siska taking the win and many others capturing age group awards Featured Athlete Justin Harris and team members Eric Waldron, Mark DeLuccia, Adam Ritter and Dennis Foster took home some hardware. Justin took the overall in a new course record. Eric and Mark cleaned up the 34-39 age group awards taking 1st and 2nd respectively with Adam earning 1st in the 30-34 age group and Dennis earning 2nd in the 50-54 age group. FULL RESULTS
