Well, the racing season is not over yet!!
Good luck this weekend to Featured Athlete Erica Ruge, who is in Gijon, Spain for the ITU Duathlon AG World Championships this weekend!! Go Erica!
Also good luck to Featured Athlete Shawn Jackson, racing at the Westchester Triathlon this Sunday. Rumor has it a win in your age group at this race brings with it entry to Escape from Alcatraz next year. Good luck, go fast!
I think we may have a few other team members racing at Westchester, and also on the calendar are the Chasapeake Ultra Tri, ITPman Tri and the Vermont 50 Miler MTB race.
Locally, there is a tri/du at Lake Taghkanic State park on Sunday.
Also, you can find a link on the Bikeway homepage to register for the Millbrook Duathlon supporting the Ryan McElroy Foundation on October 2nd.
