USAT Northeast Regional Championships - Pat Griskus Olympic Triathlon

Along with Featured Athletes Erica Ruge (1st F35-39) and Shawn Jackson (4th M30-34) who raced this past weekend in Middlebury, CT we had:


Kathy Poncelet F50-54 13th/17 Awesome job for her second triathlon ever! She also took 9 min off her 10k run split from the Rev3 Quassy Olympic!

Gilles Bensabeur M30-34 12th/37 I believe this is Gilles first race in Bikeway colors and he did us proud in the hotly contested M30-34 AG.

Raphael Bingert M40-44 1st/60 Raphael used his run speed to have the fastest Bikeway run split of the day, which helped him qualify for USAT Nationals in Burlington, VT. Great job!

George Prisco M45-49 30th/48 With sole focus on one race George finished up in a time of 2:28. He's looking mighty ready for Ironman Lake Placid.

Don Markoe M45-49 33rd/48 Hot on George's heels was Don in a time of 2:31.
