Woke up feeling better this morning. Nice to be able to sleep a little later.
My TT start time is 11:53:30. I'll be chasing my prior teammate Meredith Ehn leaving at 11:52:30 and NEBC's Susanne Delaney at 11:53. Canadian Veronique Labonte of Nanoblur will be chasing me. It's a bit breezy this morning and they are predicting 10-15 mph NNW winds, so it should be tail from the start until the right turn north on Route 100. It's wide open roads for the most part, and I hope dealing with the crosswind with the 808 front and disc back doesn't negate any aero advantage. The course will start going backwards on the first part of yesterday's circuit course and then turn right and go north on Rte 100, then pull off onto a twisty road up into Killington itself, ending at the Town Hall. Rivers put my 404 front and 808 back on his TT bike, since our start times are pretty close and switching the disc might be tight. Planning to get to the start with plenty of time for a good warm-up on the trainer. Unfortunately that means Rivers will have to sit around for a while until his start at 1:20.
OK, time to get ready to go.
